As a Performance Artist Steven Retchless was appropriately born in Las Vegas, Nevada but was ingrained with his sultry move-mentality from his experience growing up in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Steven returned to the USA to attend High School at the "Las Vegas Academy of Performing Arts," majoring in Dance. After graduating with Honors he subsequently was accepted to the College, "California Institute of the Arts," where he furthered his classical dance technique and composition skills.
Steven has performed in wide array of dance forms, from Classical Ballet, Modern Dance, Hip Hop, Burlesque, Jazz and Pole Fitness. His style fuses the lightness of the air with the power of being rooted to the ground. He has a flare that is exposed through the sensual fluidity of his movements. Whether dancing in the sky or twirling on the floor Steven Retchless has an extraordinary Talent for Dance.
Steven currently reside in New York City choreographing and performing original works of Art and Competing in Pole Dance competitions around the world.
